🍽️ How to Use (Preparation Guide)

1. Batter Preparation: Mix the Double Horse Easy Palappam Mix with lukewarm water according to the package instructions to form a smooth, flowy batter.

2. Fermentation: Allow the batter to sit for the recommended time (typically 1 hour) to ferment and develop its characteristic light texture.

3. Cooking: Pour a ladle of batter into a pre-heated Nolta Appachatti. Swirl the pan to create lacy edges and cover with a lid.

4. Serve: Cook on low-medium heat until the center is soft and the edges are crisp.

Serving Suggestion: Pairs beautifully with vegetable stew, sweetened coconut milk, or Double Horse Chicken Masala curry.
